At LaptopLand, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every product you purchase from us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your item, provided that:
The product is unused and in original condition
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
The product has not been damaged, physically or electronically
A valid purchase invoice is provided
We do not accept returns for the following:
Software-activated laptops or devices (Windows, MS Office pre-installed)
Products damaged due to misuse, power issues, or drops
Items altered, repaired, or modified by third parties
Custom-configured or special-order products
Clearance, discounted, or “final sale” items
If you received a wrong or defective product, you are eligible for a free replacement (subject to stock availability) if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
📷 Proof required: Send clear photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup and dispatch of the correct item.
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
If the product is out of stock after payment
If the order is canceled before shipping
If a return is accepted and processed by our team
Refunds are made using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after product inspection.

If the return is due to change of mind or customer-side error, the customer bears shipping charges.
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us directly.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request under this policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy criteria
Any signs of tampering or fraud will void the eligibility for refund/exchange
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
